- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Solicitation W912KN-10-T-0037 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ. The USPFONJ intends to make a single award for a 1,000 gallon split tank refueling in accordance with specifications in the attached specification. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business and FOB Destination. The contract type is a firm-fixed price contract. The Government reserves the right to make a formal single award only. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure you have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available.
