- PR NO: 0024159753. Proposed Synopsis for NSN 6150-01-529-8803 for a quantity of (440 ea), CABLE ASSEMBLY, POWER, ELECTRICAL. A solicitation will be issued for a Firm Fixed Price solicitation with a 100% option. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, on the basis of other than full and open. Item is not commercial off the Shelf. Delivery is estimated at (236) days or best available. This is a P/N item. Approve source of Supply is cage: 00Y95 P/N TL4/5PF-50-510. FOB: Destination / Inspection & Acceptance: Destination. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are NOT available at DSCR. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
