Included with this solicitation is Attachments 1-4 All Appendices (A-S) are available on a CD-ROM. Please see Page 21 of the Statement of Work (SOW) for directions. Any requests for overnight or FedEx shipping will be at the offeror's expense and must provide a FedEx # to the e-mail shown on Page 21 of the SOW. The cut-off date for offerors to submit questions on this solicitation is September 29, 2010 (4:00 P.M. - Central Time).
