- SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS for 14 Missiles and Component Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), OO-ALC/GHG Munitions Division This is a Sources Sought Synopsis announcement, market survey for information only, to be used for preliminary planning purposes. This market survey is being conducted to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities and experience to manufacture Launcher 117A (V) 3/A, NSN: 1440-01-282-5342. No proposals are requested or accepted with this synopsis. This is not a solicitation for proposal and no contract shall be awarded from this synopsis. The Air Force Materiel Command, OO-ALC/GHG Munitions Division is conducting a market survey for the following: NSN: P/N: DESCRIPTION: 1440-01-282-5342 3384400-130 Launcher Mechanical Assembly (LMA), Model: LAU-117A (V) 3/A, single rail launcher, supports all versions of the Maverick Missile (WS-319). Proposed requirement will be a Firm Fix Price contract. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow up information requests. INSTRUCTION (1) Relevant Experience to include experience in performing efforts of similar value, size, and scope within the last five (5) years including contract number, indication of whether your company acted as a prime or subcontractor, contract value, Government/Agency point of contact and current telephone number, to include a brief description of how the contract relates to the engineering and manufacturing knowledge described herein. (2) Company Profile to include the following: 1. Number of employees 2. Office location 3. DUNS number. 4. CAGE Code. 5. Small business designation/status claimed The Government has very limited technical data to provide to potential offerors. Offerors must possess access to all appropriate data. Interested offerors shall respond to this Sources Sought Synopsis no later 3:00 PM (MST), 2 September 2010.
