- NOTICE OF INTENT MEDCOM, Western Regional Contracting Office, Tacoma, Washington, intends to award a firm fixed price contract to; Gyrus ACMI L.P., in the amount of $29,150.00, for a one time purchase of an Gyrus G400 Generator, with (1) Dual Footswitch Connetcor Cable, Cord Angle Connector and G400 cart, which is manufactured and distributed by Gyrus ACMI L.P.. This unit is intended for use at Evans Army Community Hospital Ft Carson, CO. The Gyrus ACMI G400 generator is a unique patented bipolar device, designed specifically for low voltage pulsed advanced bipolar output and can adjust output to match specific tissue types. In accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to future requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, information received within forty-five days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a future competitive procurement.
