- The synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is a single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access the information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to procure, on a sole source basis, to Harris Corporation, a quantity of one (1) Antenna, Mag-mount, x-wing, SOTM Black, P/N 12006-9003-01, a quantity of three (3) Antenna, Vehicular, P/N RF-3186-AT320, a quantity of one (1) Power amplifier, P/N RF-7800M-PA150, and a quantity of one (1) Shock Mount/ Shock Mount Interface Assy, P/N 12050-3000-03 exclusively manufactured by Harris Corporation with no authorized resellers available. Harris Corporation is located at 1680 University Ave., Rochester, NY 14610-1839. This requirement will be purchased using Simplified Acquisitions Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. FOB Destination to Dahlgren, Va shall apply. The closing date is 08 September 2010. The item quoted must be the exact item specified above; substitutes are not acceptable because the radio kit will ensure compatibility with existing communication systems.
