- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION September 1, 2010 VA Medical Center 135 East 38th Street Erie, PA 16504 Provide Generator Maintenance at the Erie, PA - VA Medical Center per attached statement of work. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes on Solicitation VA-244-10-RQ-0455. This requirement shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work. The associated NAICS code is 811310. The government intends to award a firm fixed price contract for this procurement.
