- The Mission & Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Lee, VA, intends to award a sole source, firm fixed-price purchase order using simplified procedures to Cubic Applications Incorporated, for Instructors, Training Support Specialists, Operations Specialists, Small Arms Trainers, Small Arms Repairmen and Assistant, Supply Technicians, Military Analyst and Curator of Education to provide academic and tactical training services support to the Quartermaster School (QMS), Fort Lee, Virginia. This acquisition will be procured under 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a Request for Quote, Proposal or Invitation for Bid. The anticipated award date is 09 September 2010. No solicitation document is available and telephone, fax or email requests will not be honored. This notice does not obligate the government to award a contract, nor does it obligate the government to pay for any proposal preparation costs. Interested parties may submit their capabilities package to the email address below, however information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this proposed acquisition is within the discretion of the Government.
