- This Request for Quote (RFQ), N00104-11-Q-Q037, for commercial hardware support prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only RFQ; said hardware maintenance is to be purchased for FLEET NUMERICAL METEOROLOGY & OCEANOGRAPHY CENTER (FLENUMMETOCCEN) located in Monterey, CA. NAVICP Mechanicsburg intends to procure Lucent Software Maintenance; see attached for specifics. Period of performance is for a base period as show below and two, one year options. Brand name equivalent is not acceptable. SUBSTITUTE SERVICES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. The NAICS associated with this purchase is 511210, Software Publishers. To be considered for award, vendors must be AUTHORIZED Lucent, distributor or reseller. Vendors must quote ALL items to be considered for award. QUOTES MUST BE VALID FOR 30 DAYS. A firm fixed price purchase order(s) will be issued based on the lowest priced technically acceptable quote (inclusive of options). Offerors should provide Remit To address, if applicable. All responsible sources may submit a quotation for consideration. Quotes must be emailed to NAVICP Code 0271.A14 at amanda.goddard@navy.mil. All quotes are due by 9:00 AM Eastern, 8 September 2010.
