Description: RECOVERY. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service awarded contract modification 08 to RMF Engineering of Baltimore, MD. Modification 08 incorporated Construction Phase A-E Services into the scope of the contract requirements. The original contract was awarded on a sole-source basis for A-E Services to update their previous design for major renovations to address deferred maintenance of critical Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for the laboratory and administrative building at the U.S. National Arboretum in Washington D.C. The total cost of modification 08 is $504,282. Modification 08 was awarded on August 16, 2010.
