- The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency has a requirement for software and maintenance as outlined below. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 511210. The reference number for this requirement is 46AS48. Delivery is FOB Destination. Total cost shall also include any shipping and handling. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, with no obligation to the vendor by the Government. Approximate period of performance: 15 September 2010 thru 14 September 2011. BRAND NAME JUSTIFICATION: The products being obtained under this solicitation are required to expand existing infrastructure. No other software or maintenance will meet the form, fit and function requirements of NGA at this time. Item 1 Cognos 8 EP TM1 Modeler Authorized User Lic + SW S&S 12 Month Maintenance. QTY 5 EA. Item 2 Cognos 8 EP TM1 Contributor Authorized User Lic + SW S&S 12 Month Maintenance. QTY 50 EA Item 3 Cognos 8 EP TM1 Contributor Non-Prod PVU Lic + SW S&S 12 Month Maintenance. QTY 200 EA Delivery is FOB Destination to: NGA Bethesda 4600 Sangamore Road Bethesda, MD 20816-5003 Vendors must be approved and registered in Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov) in order to be considered for award.
