- Equipment List Vanguard Software Maintenance This requirement will be sole source to Vanguard. Vanguard proprietary Software Products may only be licensed by and subject to signed license agreements between Vanguard Integrity Professionals, "Vanguard" Inc. and the Licensee. Further, Vanguard is the only United States vendor that can provide the maintenance for the Vanguard proprietary Software Products. Please see the attached Equipment List and Solicitation for a complete listing.
