- RECOVERY. This notice is provided for informational purposes only. The project will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act 2009. This opportunity is available as a modification to an original competitive task order only to the awarded contractor that was awarded an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, Construction Manager as Constructor Contract in the geographic area described as the Greater St. Louis Metro Area, including the cities of Cape Girardeau and Hannibal, Missouri for GSA Region 6. ***ONLY the contractor listed is permitted to submit proposals for this modification: Oke-Thomas + Associates, 1972 East Chestnut Expressway, Springfield, MO 65802*** The estimated award date is August 30, 2010. The FSC Code is Z111, NAICS Code 236220, and the size standard is $33,500,000. Estimated amount of this modification to a task order is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Work to be completed under this modification includes but is not limited to: provide the supervisor's office rooms as specified in drawings. Work will need to be completed off hours and access will need to also be coordinated with GSA. In addition, painting will need to be completed in eight rooms and black insulation paint will need to be applied along the west side of the building perimeter. The work will be performed at the Goodfellow Federal Center, 4300 Goodfellow Blvd Bldg 110, St. Louis, MO 63120-1720.
