- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The National Capital Region Contracting Center (NCRCC), on behalf of the Office of the Inspector General, Department of Defense intends to awarded a contract for X1 Enterprise Maintenance and Support to enable the OIG to securely and efficiently digitize documents and evidence in support of the mission of the Office of the Inspector General.
