- Refrigerator/Freezer Purchase of Refrigerator/Freezer for Special Command Position (SPC) and GOQ. All refrigerators will be delivered to the FMO warehouse, bldg 503 on Bolling AFB. The refrigerators must be 18 cubic feet, must be white, will have adjustable glasss shelves, crisper drawers, gallon door storage, textured door finish, up-front temperature controls, automatice defrost system. The freezer will contain freezer shelves, baskets, and bins. The dimensions shall be 66" high, 30" wide, adn 30" deep.
