- This is a notice of intent to issue a sole source award to Dallas Avionics, Inc., 2525 Santa Anna Ave, Dallas TX 75228 for the purchase of Techsonic TDFM 1648-P426NV Aircraft radios and other relating radio components for the Kansas Army National Guard UH-60 aircraft. The authority cited is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Government will only favorably consider and evaluate offers that unquestionably and clearly demonstrate the offerors ability to provide the same "Brand Name" system. Product must be "Brand Name". If providing an "EQUAL" product, please provide the specifications of each item for technical acceptance review.
