- Description
- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command at White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), New Mexico, proposes to modify an existing contract for a period of six months on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. Heritage Propane (doing business as ServiGas Ikard & Newsom), 301 N. Motel Blvd, Las Cruces, New Mexico 88007-4116 has the existing contract for propane, delivery, parts, equipment, and labor for approximately 200 Government-owned propane tanks at WSMR. The incumbent contractor has the necessary personnel/facilities in place and is the only logical source to perform during the extended period of performance. This is not a request for proposals, and no solicitation will be forthcoming.
