- The US Army Medical Command, Pacific Regional Contracting Office, Tripler AMC, Hawaii has a requirement for an ADVISOR MULTI PARAMETER VETERINARY MONITOR AND SUPPORTING EQUIPMENT. Request for Quotation W81K02-10-T-0091 for this requirement will be available on or about 01 SEPT 2010 at the ASFI website: https://acquisition.army.mil. It is the Governments intent to award a firm fixed price, brand name only contract to SMITHS MEDICAL ASD, INC. due to Army VETCOM standardization for VETCOM facilities. However, all offers received that are capable of providing the same products in response to this notice will be considered. This requirement is to be quoted all or none, and is being conducted under simplified acquisition procedures. There are no set-aside restrictions for this requirement. The intended procurement will be classified under NAICS code 339112 with a Small Business Size Standard of 500 employees, the SIC is 3841. All prospective offerors must be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR.) Offerors may register online at https://www.ccr.gov. Delivery shall be DIRECT to Tripler AMC, Hawaii.
