- The Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center intends to award a contract on a sole source basis under the authority pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 (a)(2) to Motorola, Inc. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) “only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Motorola, Inc. is the only known source able to provide System Maintenance and Repair Services (Proprietary) for the Motorola Smartzone ASTRO P25 Trunk System. This Notice of Intent is not a request for Expressions of Interest (EOIs), proposals or quotations. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made on the basis of EOIs, proposals or quotations received in response to this notice.
