- Formal Solicitation 6FLS-F7-100433-N Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition 6FLS-F7-100433-N Fill-in Self Certification 6FLS-F7-100433-N Past Performance Questionnaire 6FLS-F7-100433-N Solicitation 6FLS-F7-100433-N will issue on or about September 1, 2010. This solicitation covers 8 National Stock Numbers (NSNs) consisting of FSC 8040 Adhesives for the GSA Stock Program. All items are unrestricted, as no items are set-aside for small business. The Item Purchase Descriptions (IPDs) are in accordance with Military Specifications, Brand Name part numbers, and Brand Name or Equal part numbers. Delivery will be 45 DARO and FOB Destination, with delivery to the GSA Distribution Centers and/or military depots. The contract period will be 2 years with three one-year options. It will be a fixed price stock requirements contract with economic price adjustment. Evaluation Plan - Award will be made on an item-by-item basis, based on the lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors (Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, FAR 15.101-2). This solicitation will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities website, which can be accessed through the Internet at address http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
