- This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR Part 13.5 as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being issued as a request for quotation. Submit offers on RML-RFQ-10030. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-44 dated July 8, 2010. This acquisition will be processed under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and is not a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541519 and the small business size is $25.0 million. The Rocky Mountain Laboratories (RML), has a need for continuous coverage support service for a term of one-year beginning September 30, 2010 and ending September 29, 2011 on licensed CommVault Galaxy Software products #F854C and F8558.
