- ****ATTENTION****FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO Carole H. Hubbard, Contracting Officer, (256) 876-3390 or Dexter J. Hornsby, Contracting Officer, (256) 876-5045. This requirement is for ATNAVICS (NSN: 5840-01-450-8126) and FBPAR (NSN: 5840-01-450-8127) hardware production, initial issue spares, logistics documentation updates, retrofits/upgrades for modifications to fielded systems, FBPAR Site Survey/Design, FBPAR Site Preparation, FBPAR Site Installation, FBPAR Site Relocation and engineering services for FY11 through FY12. This requirement will be solicited using other than full and open competition and negotiated on a sole source basis. Raytheon Company, 1001 Boston Post Road E, Marlborough,, MA 01752-3770, Cage Code: 7Y193 is the prime contractor who retains the proprietary data rights to the manufacturing processes, engineering data and software packages required to perform the require services. Raytheon designed and developed the ATNAVICS and FBPAR hardware and software and is the only system manufacturer. The Government does not own the ATNAVICS and FBPAR production configuration technical data package documentation necessary to perform the hardware or software engineering services required. This synopsis is for notification of subcontracting opportunities. Subcontracting opportunities must be arranged between the prime and any potential subcontractors. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
