- In reference to the site visit attended yesterday afternoon, the possibility of adding the Video Teleconferencing System with the VTC Manager has approved for this project. The requirements are that it is IPH.323 compatible and integrated into the existing audio visual system discussed at the site visit. We will need the following components: Codec (decoder) Microphone Camera, mounted, with remote Tamburg or equivalent system We also noticed an error in the original statement of work. The HD capability will require a 16:9 viewing format screen and projector rather than the 4:3 in the original request. Response Date is 10:00 a.m. MST on 8 September 2010.
