- Description
- The Veterans Integrated Service Network #3 (VA New York/New Jersey Healthcare System) is seeking sources to provide Medical-Grade Liquid Bulk Oxygen. The Contractor shall provide two contractor owned tanks with an appropriate back-up system (i.e. reserve tank or cylinder bank) and liquid bulk oxygen). This is a Market Survey to determine potential sources. The proposed contract will have a twelve-month base period on or about 1/1/2011 through 9/30/2011, with four option years. The NAICS code is 325120. Interested respondents must provide written procedures and training for VA Staff for protocols to accomplish emergency shutdowns or other sudden, unplanned termination of the refilling process. There will be no training expense incurred by the VA Medical Center as a result of any agreement. Contractor will provide 24/7 emergency contact name(s) and telephone number(s). All responsible interested sources are encouraged to submit their capabilities in regard to the above no later than September 17, 2010. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the Government. Please include your company name, your company's socio-economic category under this NAICS code, address, telephone number, technical point of contact and qualifications. Sources interested in this acquisition should adequately describe their technical capability and past experience providing Liquid Bulk Oxygen. Interested sources should ensure that registration in CCR is current and accurate. This is a market survey for informational and planning purposes only. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION AND DOES NOT OBLIGATE THE GOVERNMENT TO ISSUE A SOLICITATION. Please be advised that the Government will not pay for any information submitted under this announcement.
