- JOFOC Beckman Coulter, Inc. shall provide maintenance and repair services of covered Beckman Coulter, Inc. instruments throughout the contract period. Maintenance service includes periodic preventive maintenance according to specific needs of the instrument as determined by the manufacturer as well as lubrication of the instruments, adjustments, and replacement of service parts. Repair includes any action performed on instrumentation which restores the instrument to its original working order. Replacement parts may be new or refurbished and are furnished on an exchange basis.
