Attached are all the procurement documents, including: -Instructions to Offerors-Statement of Work (SOW)-Evaluation Factors-Past Performance Questionnaire-Business Declaration Form This procurement will be a Small Business Set-Aside. Only offers from Small Businesses will be considered and evaluated. All questions are due by 5:00 pm EDT on Monday, September 13, 2010.
