- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the purchase of commercial items. The items being procured are supplies for SIPR set-up. This is a 100% Small Business set-aside for a single award Firm Fixed Price Contract. Award shall be made to the lowest price, responsive, responsible contractor who meets the Governments requirements. Proposal due date is 5:00 PM EST on September 7, 2010.
