- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. Gateway National Recreation Area intends to enter into negotiations with a firm to be determined by the Small Business Administration (SBA) for resurfacing of the fountain area and the playground located at Frank Charles Park, Queens, New York at Gateway National Recreation Area - Jamaica Bay Unit, Staten Island, NY. This announcement is not a solicitation for offers. The NPS anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract to a capable 8(a) firm pursuant to FAR 19.8 and FAR 6.302-5(b)(4). The estimated price range of this effort is $100,000 to $250,000. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) 237310.
