- NAICS Code: 334517. This is a SOLE SOURCE procurement, not a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The National Park Service, Northeast Regional Office, Statue of Liberty N.M., N.Y. 10004 intends to award a Firm Fixed Price, Sole-Source Purchase Order to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) General Electric (GE) /Morpho Detection for the repair of three (3) GE itemizers serial numbers 060449010575:RMA#8561439, 060449010577:RMA#8561936, 060449010584:RMA#8561940. This procurement is being issued under the authority of 41 U.S.C.253(c) (1) - only one responsible source. Only GE/Morpho Detection has trained technicians to properly repair/replace the parts composing the itemizers. This is not a request for quotation. No award will be issued should quotes be received in response to this notice. All inquiries and concerns must be addressed in writing to yeny_reyes@nps.gov. All written inquiries must include contact information such as full name, company name, phone number, and address. Responses to this notice must be submitted within ten (10) days after this electronic posting. Consideration of responses is solely within the discretion of the U.S. Government, generally for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
