- The following changes are made in the Description for the Synopsis for Solicitation no. FA6643-10-R-0003: 1. The amount of the proposed annual contract has changed from $11-$14 million to $17-$22 million. 2. The type of contract has changed from an IDIQ to an Indefinite Delivery Requirements. 3. The release date of the solicitation has changed from 15 Aug 2010 to 03 Sep 2010. 4. The estimated date for the pre-poposal conference has been changed from approximately two weeks after release of the Solicitation to approximately three weeks after release of the Solicitation. 5.
