- Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region requires 10(each) 115kv disconnect switches in base line item quantity and 10 (each) 115kv disconnect switches in option 1 line item quantity. The solicitation is set aside 100% for Small Business Concerns. The NAICS Code is 335313 and the applicable size standard is 750 employees. The solicitation (Request for Quotes) is attached. Quotes may be mailed, faxed, or e-mailed. Contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) in order to be considered for award.
