- RECOVERY - THIS IS A MODIFICATION TO PEVIOUSLY ANNOUNCED TASK ORDER G10PD00897. In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provide by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (the Act), Public Law 111-5, this notice is provide for INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. The Department of Interior, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), intends to issue a modification to task order G10PD0897 issued under established Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity contract number G10PC00064 awarded to LION AIR, INC. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE INCUMBENT CONTRACTOR. The original award was made on a competitive basis. The modification to task order G10PD00897, issued against aforementioned contract, is to increase funding due to change in complexity level of ATN# ER0586 from complexity level 3 to complexity level 5. The dollar value of this action is $14,380. Period of Performance is date of issuance through September 30, 2011. Full or partial funding for requirements to be completed by the contractor will utilize funds provided by the AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT. Inclusion of unique provisions required to implement the Act, including those for significant reporting an transparency requirements is required. (ATN# ER0586
