- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on NECO (http://www.neco.navy.mil/). The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division, Port Hueneme, CA intends to procure on a full and open competition basis of the following items: Description: High Speed Camera, Model: Phantom V210, Color, 16GB memory, 12bit, 2US, PIV, CineMag Compatible, P/N VRI-V210-16G-MAG-C, 3ea; Shutter Mechanism to V12.1, V210, V310, P/N VRI-INTERNAL-SHUTTER, 3ea; Lens, F-Mount, 24-70mm, F2.8 Zoom, Signa 548-306, P/N VRI-24-70S, 3ea; Lens Mount, C-Mount for Flex, V12.1, V210, V310, P/N VRI-MNT-V12-C, 3ea. The Government reserves the right to award on an all or nothing, or partial basis. The NAICS code is 334119 and the Small Business Standard is 1,000 Employees. This combined synopsis/solicitation is a competitive, unrestricted action. The contract type will be firm fixed price. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division, Port Hueneme, CA requests responses from qualified sources. Attached the Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N63394-10-T-0089. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-26 and DFARS Change Notice 20080722. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.
