- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE US EPA CONTRACTOR UNDER CONTRACT EP-W-07-104. REQUESTS AND/OR INQUIRIES WILL NOT BE ADDRESSED. IT IS THE INTENT OF THE US EPA TO APPROVE A WORK ASSIGNMENT UNDER THIS EXISTING CONTRACT. The purpose of this announcement is to obligate $70,198.00 for the eligible tribal Neah Bay Resort project. The period of performance is from July 21, 2010 to September 28, 2011. Site activities require the contractor to perform a site assessment and collect confirmation samples and remove any petroleum contaminated soil that is found on-site (up to 100 cubic yards) in order to render the site clean enough for EPA to produce a no-further-action determination.
