- Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Army Natick Contracting Division, Kansas Street, Natick, MA on behalf of the NSC Directorate in Natick, MA intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis with Hills, Inc for operational support. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Interested Parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement to the U.S. Army Natick Contracting Division, via e-mail at jeff.bernard@us.army.mil. no later than 2 PM EST on 14 September 2010. Nothing herein should be misconstrued as a request for proposal. No solicitation document is available.
