- INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Labor, Office of Procurement Services (OPS), on behalf of the Office of OWCP/DIMTS intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) - FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements to Swish Data Corporation, 17 Feagles RD, Warwick, NY 10990-2224 to provide Exchange DR (Disaster Recovery) Professional Services as part of the 910-MI Data Center Upgrade Task. The Exchange DR Professional Services will implement and configure the DR environment providing a COOP capability sustaining performance and application availability ensuring continuity of operations in support of DITMS' Failover Exchange 2003 Mailbox servers. This action will result in a Firmed-Fixed Price contract. The contract will be for approximately 6 months and will commence on or about 5 September 2010 and end on or about February 4, 2011. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541519 with a size standard of $25 million dollars. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals. Phone calls will not be accepted.
