- THIS IS A MODIFICATION TO PREVIOUSLY ANNOUNCED TASK ORDER G10PD01112. In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (the 'Act'), Public Law 111-5, this notice is provided for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The Department of the Interior, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), intends to issue a modification to task order G10PD01112 issued under established Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity contract number G10PC00064 awarded to LION AIR, INC. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE INCUMBENT CONTRACTOR(S). The original award was made on a competitive basis. The modification to task order G10PD01112, issued against aforementioned contract, is to increase funding due to change in complexity levels for ATN#s ER1195, ER1196, and ER1199. Dollar value of this action is $42,140.00. Period of performance is March 23, 2010 through September 30, 2011 and Place of Performance is Ohio. Full or partial funding for requirements to be completed by the contractor will utilize funds provided by the AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT. Inclusion of unique provisions required to implement the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements, is required. (ATN # ER1195, ER1196, ER1199)
