- USPFO Contracting Office proposes to issue a sole source award to Flir Systems, Inc., 25 Esquire Rd., North Billerica, MA 01862-2501. Flir Systems, Inc. is designated as the exclusive provider for a multi-sensor imaging system designed for day/night operation that integrates into the existing Flir equipment and provides a 12 month warranty on Flir manufactured items. The purpose of the award is for the vendor to provide Counter Drug Support with the necessary equipment and warranties for all border interactions. A firm-fixed price award will be made utilizing the Simplified Acquisitions Procedures. Any other responsible source able to provide the supplies is encouraged to respond to this announcement within 10 days after its publication. This is not a request for quotations and there is no solicitation available at this time.
