- Description
- The Government has a commodities requirement for HST-3000-NG Mainframe. This is a total Small Business Set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 334111 with a size standard of 1,000 employees; the SIC code is 3571. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract. The incorporated provisions and clauses are current to Fac 2005-43, Effective 02 August 2010. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, parts, shipping, and all other items necessary to provide the following items: THIS IS A BRAND NAME OR EQUAL REQUIREMENT: 0001 - 4each: HST-3000-NG Mainframe without CU color with the following options: IP Video S/W Option, MOS Mean Opinion Score Analysis Option, VOIP Software Option, MOS Mean Opinion Score Analysis Option, VOIP Software Option, Multiple Streams Option for HST, Datacom SIM, Ethernet SIM for HST-3000, Large Carrying Case HST-3000, Soft Cover Glove for HST-3000, Adapter Cord, U.S., VOIP Signaling Option for Cisco SCCP, V.24/EIA-530 DTE/DCE Emulation Cable 6, and Self Paced Training CD on HST-3000 Basic Ethernet and VOIP. IAW FAR 52.211-6, please provide the following if bidding an "or equal" product: •A) Manufacturer's name •B) Manufaturer's part number •C) Complete salient physical, functional, and or performance characteristics DELIVERY: FOB Destination to Hurlburt Field, FL 32544 THE FOLLOWING CLAUSES AND PROVISIONS APPLY TO THIS PROCUREMENT: FAR 52.212-1: Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items. It is amended to read: Offeror shall submit signed and dated offer to include technical specification. Offeror shall submit offers to 1 SOCONS/LGCC, Attn: Jenny Beauchamp, 350 Tully St Bldg 90339, Hurlburt Field FL 32544-5810. Submit signed and dated quotations on company letterhead or quotation form and marked with solicitation number F2F3200232A003. Offers may be emailed to jennifer.beauchamp@hurlburt.af.mil. The government reserves the right to evaluate proposals and award a contract without discussions with offerors. Offers shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR 52.212-2: Evaluation of Commercial Items which is incorporated into this Request for Quote, with an addendum to paragraph (a) as follows: The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Price and technical acceptability. When combined, price and technical acceptability are approximately equal.
