- This acquisition is to obtain a firm fixed price requirements contract for the purpose of repairing Noun: Electro-Mechanical Actuator, NSN: 1270-01-407-6105SO, Part Number: CU09609246, Noun: Electro-Mechanical Actuator, NSN: 1270-01-407-6103SO, Part Number: CU09609245, Noun: Electro-Mechanical Actuator, NSN: 1270-01-406-8304SO, Part Number: CU09609244, which are applicable to the MC-130E Combat Talon I Aircraft. The requirements contract will have a basic performance period of one year plus one annual option. The basic year BEQ for NSN: 1270-01-407-6105SO is 6 each per year; Option I BEQ is 2 per year. The basic year BEQ for NSN: 1270-01-407-6103SO is 5 each per year; Option I BEQ is 2 per year. The basic year BEQ for NSN: 1270-01-406-8304SO is 4 each per year; Option I BEQ is 1 per year. Destination: To be determined on each delivery order. Delivery: 30 day ARO. This is a sole source requirement to Kearfott Guidance and Navigation Corporation, 2858 US HWY 70, Black Mountain, NC 28711-9111. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
