- This public announcement is to notify interested parties of the Federal Aviation Administration's intentions to construct handcapped concrete sidewalk ramps at various locations. This is a small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237110. A Firm fixed price contract is contemplated. A mandatory site visit will be held on Wednesday, September 8, 2010 at 9:00 A.M. EST with all parties meeting at the Security Operations Center. Security issues require companies to identify personnel whom will be attending the site visit. Parties interested in attending the site visit must notify the Contracting Officer by Tuesday, September 7, 2010 at 9:00 A.M. All proposals are due by Wednesday, September 15, 2010. Proposals will oly be accepted from site visit attendees. All questions must be in writing (email) and submitted by September 10, 2010 1:00 P.M. Estimate range for this project is between $15,000 - $25,000. Bid, payment and performance bonds are required after notification of award.
