- This special notice is posted to inform the public that the Bureau of Public Debt intends to award on a sole source basis, a simplified acquisition to The Arbinger Company, 563 West 500 South, STE 200, Woods Cross, UT 84010-8172. The Bureau of the Public Debt has a requirement for two hundred and sixty five (265) World-Class Leadership Material Packets, are required to teach, and to be given to each person attending, the two (2) eight-hour days of training. The materials (packets) required include, "Leadership and Self-Deception", "The Anatomy of Peace", "30 Days to Getting out of the box", "30 Days to Better Co-Workers", and "The World-Class Leadership Handbook". Handbooks are the sole property of The Arbinger Company and their content is protected under federal and international copyright and other laws. Public Debt believes that these training materials have real potential for benefitting their employees, their organization, and their customers. The unique body of training materials The Arbinger Company offers is the next step in Public Debt's pursuit of being and remaining a value-based organization. It helps establish positive, productive relationships between employees and their leaders. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IS AVAILABLE. A request for more information or a copy of the solicitation will not be considered an affirmative response. Public Debt will consider written responses received, at PSB2@bpd.treas.gov reference "SS-BPD-10-0087 Attn: TA/AD", no later than 12:00 p.m. EST September 7, 2010 and shall include sufficient evidence that clearly shows the vendor is capable of providing the requested materials. If no written response is received that clearly demonstrates the ability to meet all requirements and that it is more advantageous to the Government, we will make a sole source award to The Arbinger Company. No telephone inquires will be accepted. Interested offerors may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when the solicitation and any amendments are issued and available for downloading. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list. Therefore, we recommend that you monitor the FedBizOpps site for all information relevant to desired acquisitions.
