- BOX CULVERT AND ASSOCIATED ITEMS: This procurement is a total Small Business Set-Aside. However, all small business concerns are encouraged to respond. If a fair and reasonable quote in line with the Government Estimate is NOT received by a responsible and responsive: 1). Small Disadvantaged Business, 2). Woman Owned Business, 3). HUB Zone concerns, 4). Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business or 5). Small Business; all quotes received will be considered without further notice if in line with the Government Estimate. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Box culvert with associated items: LOCATION: Approximately 30 miles West and South of Casper Wyoming. The Project is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. There is a performance period of 30 with a completion date no later than October 1, 2011. The estimated start date will be on Sept 1, 2010. The Solicitation is to be issued on or about Aug 26, 2010.
