- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is a Brand Name or Equal in accordance with FAR 52.211-6. Herman Miller, Inc. part numbers and Innovera are offered as an example only. Vendors must quote the brand name or the equivalent of the brand name to be considered for award.
