- The Defense Media Activity has a requirement for transmitters, switch, module, spade, dummy load and processor manufactured by Nautel Maine, Inc., Kintronic Laboratories, and Orban Associates, Inc. This will be a brand name only procurement and the equipment must be manufactured by the preceding mention manufacturers. Offers will be considered from only authorized resellers. Offerors must proposed FOB destination. This procurement is set-aside for small business. The NAICS code is 334220 and the size standard is 750 employees. The solicitation will be posted on this web site within five days of the posting of this notice.
