- Attachment 1 RFQ No. FA5209-10-T-0302 Notice to Offeror: Funds are not presently available for this solicitation. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation before 30 Sep 2010. This acquisition is for a procurement of 1 each washing machine for a laundry plant at Sagami General Depot, Kanagawa-ken, Japan. The requirement includes (but not limited to) removal of existing machine, delivery of the removed machine to other location, piping connection, power connection, trial run, on-site training, and 1 year on-site warranty. The operation instruction on the washing machine needs to be in Japanese. See Attachment 1 for detailed specification. An organized site visit is scheduled for 10 Sep 2010, 1030 hours. Only one site visit will be conducted. All the offerors are requested to attend the site visit to ensure the understanding of the site condition. The offerors who will attend the site visit shall furnish in writing (fax or e-mail) the required information as specified in the solicitation to the point of contract (POC) prior to 6 Sep 10. This information must be provided in advance in order to ensure access to the military base (NO EXCEPTION). The proposal due date is 17 Sep 2010, 1200 p.m., Japan Standard Time. All submissions and questions can be electrically submitted to the POC.
