- This is a sources sought synopsis only and not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources relative to NACIS 811219. Responses to this synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Responses to this sources sought synopsis are not considered responses to any potential solicitation announcement. Service Area Office (SAO) East-8, Service Center 7, North Florida/South Georgia (NF/SG), Gainesville, FL is seeking responsible sources to provide service maintenance to keep the Philips IntelliVue Clinical System fully functional. Service to include maintenance of patient monitors connected to the Philips IntelliVue System and provide compatible software upgrades/updates. Required performance includes diagnostic and corrective repairs, visual inspections of all mechanical and electrical components, on site repairs, technical phone assistance, and written reports of findings and recommendations. Responses to this notice shall be e-mailed or faxed to Clifford Snipe, Contract Specialist, FAX 352 381-5746; E-mail address: clifford.snipe@va.gov. Telephone responses will not be accepted. Responses must be received in writing no later than 3:00 p.m. EDT September 3, 2010. This notice is to assist the VA in determining sources only. A solicitation is not currently available. If a solicitation is issued it will be announced at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement. Responses to this sources sought is not a request to be added to a prospective bidders list or to receive a copy of the solicitation.
