- Rough sketch drawings of the 4 locations under this effort are hereby posted for reference purposes. Additionally, the following is additional information regarding the locations under this effort. The actual grosse available acreage for KY003 in our Real Estate System is 4.60 Acres. There is a fence line around the Motor Pool and There is Military Equipment Parking Lot. The actual grosse available acreage for KY028 is 14.72 acres. There is approximately 4 acres of parking. Additionally, this property has 2 Motor pools. There would be more extensive bush/tree trimming, and approximately 4000 to 5000 Linear feet of fence line trimming. The actual grosse available acreage for KY043 is 9.12 acres. There is approximately 300 Linear Feet of Fence line and 500 ft of bushes. There is a lot of parking but I don't have an estimate on the acreage. The actual grosse available acreage for KY061 4.83 acreas. It has few acres of grass to cut and the entire FAC is fenced.
