- The synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is a single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access the information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren, Virginia, 22448-5l00, plans to procure on a sole source basis, from US Fabrics Inc., 3904 Virginia Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45227, the following: Item 0001: US200 Fabric 15X360 - 25 rolls (QTY:15000sy); Item 0002: US200 Fabric 12.5X432 - 18 rolls (QTY:10800sy); Item 0003: US230 15X300 - 25 rolls (QTY:12500sy); Item 0004: 6" staples 1000 per (QTY:13) Method of award shall be Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
