- Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Army Natick Contracting Division, Kansas Street, Natick, MA on behalf of the United States Army Combat Readiness Center (USACRC), Ft. Rucker, AL intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis with SIMAUTHOR, INC. DBA Qinetiq NA for four each, 3 year upgrade and support agreements for five Hard Disks containing FlightViz and FlightAnalyst software, 2 each Terrain Authoring Toolkit software, and 1 each PC ModelingTool. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Interested Parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement to the U.S. Army Natick Contracting Division, via e-mail to david.barceleau@us.army.mil. no later than 1 PM EST on 3 September 2010. Nothing herein should be misconstrued as a request for proposal. No solicitation document is available.
